How do I request a quote?

If you want an official estimate for your document, please visit the Contact Us page and send us an email.  However, if you would just like a general idea of what your document would cost to edit, please visit the Pricing page.

What formats do you accept?

We accept multiple formats for submission to BioSciEditors via email. Please save your document in Word format (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf), or text (*.txt) format. Please do not submit *.docx files. Word (2007) offers the option to save in a *.docx format. However, the *.docx file format is not compatible with older versions of Word. We do not accept PDF formatted text files. Figure files should be submitted in a format that can be easily viewed using a program such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Firefox/Explorer (PDF, JPEG, etc). Text associated with figures should be copied to the text document file.

What forms of payment do you accept?

BioSciEditors prefers that clients pay using PayPal via https://www.paypal.com (pay to paypal@bioscieditors.com) as a payment for a ‘Service’. PayPal accepts a number of credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Discover, and Master Card.

How to cancel a service request?

To cancel an order, send an email to service@bioscieditors.com. Please not that a service order cannot be canceled if editing has already started.

What documents do I receive?

We provide two documents to our clients via email. The first document shows changes made using ‘track changes’ in Word. This format is intended to show the writer what changes were made, and should only be considered as a reference. The second document is the final version.

How do I request an invoice or receipt?

To request financial documents, please send an email to service@bioscieditors. We will gladly provide these documents for you.
